This page lets you request deletion of your GoldFX Trader account and the personal data associated with it, in line with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion policy. GoldFX Trader is a paper-trading simulator — it holds no real money or funds.

1. Request account deletion

Fill in the form below using the email address registered on your GoldFX Trader account. We use it only to verify the account is yours before deleting it.

2. What happens next

We process deletion requests within 7 days of verifying your request, and complete removal within 30 days.

3. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:

Your email and account login credentials.
Your name and profile information.
Your virtual trading balance and trade history.
Your app preferences and settings.

4. What data is retained, and for how long

For legal and fraud-prevention reasons we may keep a limited, de-identified set of records even after your account is deleted. This is retained only as long as required and is not used to re-create your account:

Optional ₹100 top-up / billing records (processed by Razorpay / Google Play) — retained up to 7 years for accounting and dispute resolution. We never store your card or bank details.
Minimal fraud / abuse markers — anonymized where possible.

5. Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your virtual balance has no cash value — it is practice currency only.
