Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GoldFX Trader app and website. GoldFX Trader is an educational paper-trading (simulation) app. By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. Not Financial Advice

GoldFX Trader is for education and practice only. Nothing in the Service — including prices, indicators, charts, and AI-generated signals — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before trading real money elsewhere.

2. Simulation Only — No Real Money

All trading in GoldFX Trader is simulated. Your balance is virtual practice currency with no monetary value. No real funds are ever deposited, traded, held, or withdrawn, and no profits or losses shown in the app are real.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information (name and a valid email). One account per person.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Verify your email with the one-time code we send to activate your account.

5. Market Data

Prices are sourced from public market-data providers (e.g. Yahoo Finance) for simulation and may be delayed, approximate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

6. AI Signals

AI-generated analysis and signals are automated, may be inaccurate, and are provided for educational purposes only. They are not advice and must not be relied upon for real trading decisions.

7. Optional Top-Up (Paid)

• The optional ₹100 top-up adds virtual practice balance only. It does not purchase real currency, securities, or trading capital, and has no cash value.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay / Google Play; prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
• Refunds are handled per the payment provider's policy (e.g. the Google Play refund policy).

8. Ads

Ads are served by Google AdMob and other ad partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, data sources, and the optional top-up) at any time.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GoldFX Trader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, including any real-world trading decisions you make based on it.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.
